Rental Conditions - Tito's Rent A Car

Reserve your vehicle

Choose the vehicle and dates via web or WhatsApp; you will receive immediate confirmation with the exact daily rate and basic terms of service.

Sign contract and make deposit

Present your license, review each clause and pay in advance the rent plus the security deposit, which will be fully refunded upon completion without incident.

3.

Pick up or request delivery 24/7

Pick up at the branch office or ask for delivery at the hotel or airport; only the renter is authorized to drive according to the contract.

4.

Unlimited mileage

Travel Nicaragua with no distance limit; fuel, tolls, parking and possible fines are the customer's responsibility during the entire period of use.

5.

Return the vehicle clean and with same fuel

Deliver the vehicle clean, undamaged and with the tank at the same level, otherwise the difference in fuel and cleaning will be charged.

6.

Final review and reimbursement

Our team inspects the car; if everything is in order, we issue the invoice and return your deposit within a few hours.

Why is a deposit required?

The deposit covers damages or delays. It is paid upon signing the contract and is returned in full upon completion, once the team checks that the vehicle is returned undamaged, clean and with the agreed fuel. The refund is usually issued the same day.

What exactly is included in the daily rate?

It includes the use of the car with unlimited mileage, 24/7 assistance and initial cleaning. It does not cover fuel, tolls, parking or traffic fines; these expenses are at the renter's expense.

Can I add additional drivers?

Yes, you can add additional drivers for a cost of $20 per driver. All drivers must be registered on the contract to avoid loss of deposit or extra charges.

Can I travel at night or during non-office hours?

Yes, the fleet is available 24 hours a day. For deliveries or returns outside regular hours, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the staff.

Will I receive a tax invoice?

Yes, Tito's issues an invoice in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of return and closing of the contract.

What happens if I return the vehicle later than the agreed time?

A fine of US $20 (OR C$ 740) FOR EACH DAY OF DELAY FROM THE TIME STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT. (or C$ 740) for each day of delay counted from the time stipulated in the contract.

Are there geographical or mileage limitations?

You may drive throughout Nicaragua with no distance limit. Outside the country or on unsuitable roads is considered improper use and voids coverage.

Does the rental include insurance?

Tito's offers the option to contract an "all risk" insurance. It is added at the time of signing the contract for a fixed daily cost and covers own and third party damages, except for negligence or prohibited use.

How should I return the fuel tank?

At the same level at which it is delivered. If it arrives with less fuel, the difference will be charged at the current rate and a service charge.

What happens if the car is damaged or breaks down?

If the damage comes from misuse or accident without insurance, the customer assumes the cost. For mechanical breakdowns not related to use, Tito's provides assistance and replacement at no additional cost.
